What do I need to start working on my item?

We need you to send us a mood board that reflects what you want to produce, other products that serve as reference and/or a patchwork of fabrics similar to what you want. Besides that, it is crucial to receive a tech pack and physical samples to start working on your project.

How can I develop a tech pack?

Does Fashion without Limits work on all types of garments and shoes?

Yes. We work with all the genders (man, women and kids) and all the categories (casual, leisure wear, workwear, ready-to-wear, swimwear, signature and haute couture styles).

How can I pay for my order?

After all the details set straight, our financial department analyzes and gives you the best conditions according to your situation.

Fashion Without Limits accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Electron and PayPal.

How does Portugal Textile makes the shipping and delivery?

We ususally work with eco-terms, such as:

• EX WORKS: The Seller’s only responsibility is to make the goods available at the Seller’s premises. The Buyer bears full costs and risks of moving the goods from there to destination.

• FCA – FREE CARRIER: The Seller delivers the goods, cleared for export, to the carrier selected by the Buyer. The Seller loads the goods if the carrier pickup is at the Seller’s premises. From that point, the Buyer bears the costs and risks of moving the goods to

• FOB – FREE ON BOARD: The Seller delivers the goods on board the ship and clears the goods for export. From that point, the Buyer bears all costs and risks of loss or damage.

• CIF – COST INSURANCE AND FREIGHT: The Seller clears the goods for export and pays the costs of moving the goods to the port of destination. The Buyer bears all risks of loss or damage. The Seller, however, purchases the cargo insurance.

How does Fashion Without Limits deal with claims?

We always take charge for our responsibilities. When there is a manufacturing defect, our solutions are always repair, produce again or a refund (always analysing case by case).

Will my project be exclusive and private?

Of course, our company works with a private policy and all material sent by you will be made only to yourself. After your product is finished all the material used on the development you be archived and not used.
